Phoenix Real Estate Ranked at the Top of the Price Appreciation List
The Phoenix real estate market is profiting from the real estate craze that is taking a hold of the United States, and the city´s growth and, until recently, fairly moderate price appreciation has been drawing the attention of market organizations and buyers alike.
Statistics provided by Fannie Mae show that Phoenix real estate prices have jumped 37 percent annually during the second quarter, ranking the Phoenix real estate market third in the country in price appreciation, behind only Bakersfield, California and Palm Bay, Florida. However, the National Association of Realtors puts Phoenix real estate in the number one spot, citing 47 percent annual increase in the second quarter.
Regardless which organization is correct, one thing is for sure, Phoenix real estate prices have double over the past five years.
