Pulte and Centex Rank First In Construction of Phoenix Homes

The J.D. Power and Associates 2005 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study, which surveyed buyers of newly built, single-family Phoenix homes, has named Pulte Homes and Centex Homes, the area builders with the highest customer satisfaction.

Pulte, with brands like Del Web and DiVosta, remained "a consistent standout in the study, while Centex, with the Fox & Jacobs brand, "pulled ahead of its competition in several markets."

The study concluded that both companies put "a strong focus on creating relationships" with purchasers of their Phoenix homes. In return, those buyers tended to recommend the companies "to nearly twice as many people compared to the average new-home buyer."

The study also found that company sales teams and construction managers are key components in influencing the satisfaction of purchasers of Phoenix homes.
